Eligibility Criteria For Maha Housing Vacancy 2023

• MIS Specialist –
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science or B.E./ B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology.
  •  3-5 years of experience in government / semi government / autonomous organizations / private company of repute.
  •  Exposure to software development & project management, database management, MIS etc.
  •  Ability to work in a team and train staff to use the systems.
  •  Fluency in local language is essential.
• Finance Specialist –
  •  Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Law, or other relevant degree.
  •  3-5 years of experience in managing procurement programs / activities in the public / private sector.
  •  Knowledge in state government’s rules and procedures on procurement practices.
  •  Experience in working in local government would be an added advantage.
  •  Fluency in local language is essential.
• Civil Engineer –
  •  Graduate degree in civil engineering.
  •  Having 3-5 Years of experience in procurement, design, and supervision of housing and infrastructure works.
  • 3-5 years of experience in government/semi govt. / autonomous organizations / private companies of repute.
  •  Experience in implementing new technologies in the housing sector.
  •  Ability to assist ULBS to set standards and procedures for ensuring quality and monitoring compliance.
  •  Prior experience as municipal engineer will be an added advantage.
  • Fluency in local language essential.
