Eligibility Criteria For BSF Vacancy 2024

• Assistant Aircraft Mechanic –
  • Three years Diploma in the relevant traderecognized by the Directorate General Civil Aviation; or
  • Group “X” Diploma issued by the Indian Air Force. (ii) Preferably two years relevant aviation experience after completion of Diploma course.
• Asst Radio Mechanic –
  • Three years Diploma recognized by the Directorate General Civil Aviation in Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering; or
  • Group “X” Radio Diploma issued by the Indian Air Force.
  • Preferably two years experience in maintenance or overhauling of Communication or Navigation equipment fitted in Aircraft or Helicopter held by Border Security Force.
• Constable (Storeman) –
  • Matriculation pass with Science; or equivalent from a recognized Board.
  • Must have two years working experience in store or warehousing of any Government or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Organization or any company or private firm or Institution.
  •  Working knowledge in computer or having prior aviation experience is preferable.
• Sub-Inspector (Works) –
  • Pass Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from an Institute recognized by the Central Government or State Government.
• JE (Electrical) –
  • Pass Three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an Institute recognized by the Central Government or State Governments.
• Plumber –
  • Matriculation pass or its equivalent with Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Certificate in the trade of Plumber or three years’ experience in the respective trade from reputed firm
• Head Constable Carpenter –
  • Matriculation pass or its equivalent with Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Certificate in the trade of Carpenter or three years’ experience in the respective trade from reputed firm.
• Constable (Generator Operator) –
  • Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board with Industrial Training Institute Certificate in the trade (i.e. Electrician or Wireman or Diesel /Motor Mechanic) from a recognized institute and three years’ experience in the respective trade from a firm recognized by the Central or State Government
• Generator Mechanic –
  • Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board with Industrial Training Institute Certificate in Diesel/ Motor Mechanic from a recognized institute and three years’ experience in the respective trade from a firm recognized by the Central or State Government.
• Lineman –
  • Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board with Industrial Training Institute Certificate from a recognized institute in the trade of Electrical Wireman or Lineman and three years’ experience in the respective trade from a firm recognized by the Central or State Govern- ment.
