  • Ten years experience in the field of regulation or operation of the Banking sector
सहसंचालक (भांडवल बाजार) 01
  • Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary or: Chartered Financial Analyst or Cost and Management Account or Master of Business Administration (Finance) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) from a recognized university or institution;
  • Eight years experience in the field of regulation of capital market or merchant banking.
सहसंचालक (फॉरेन्सिक ऑडिट) 02
  • Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountants or Master in Business Administration (Finance) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or Master in Business Economics or Master in Commerce; and
  • eight years experience in the field of forensic auditing commercial audit or internal audit division or investigation accounts and auditing
उपसंचालक (तपास) 04
  • Degree from any recognized University or Institution:
  • Five years experience in the enforcement of regulatory Laws or investigation of economic offences and collection of Intelligence thereto.
उपसंचालक (कॉर्पोरेट कायदा) 12
  • Degree in any discipline and bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from any recognized University with two years of experience in Corporate Law: or
  • Five years Integrated bachelor’s degree in Law with three years experience in the field of Corporate law: or:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any subject and Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with three years experience in the field of Corporate law.
वरिष्ठ सहायक संचालक (तपास) 02
  • Bachelor Degree from a recognized university; and
  • Three years experience in the enforcement of regulatory laws or investigation of economic offences and collection of intelligence thereto.
वरिष्ठ सहायक संचालक (भांडवल बाजार) 01
  • Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant Chartered Financial Analyst or Master of Business administration (Finance) or Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or Company Secretary with two years experience in the field of capital markets;
सहायक संचालक (कायदा) 01
  • Graduate in any discipline plus a bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university
सहायक संचालक (तपास) 23
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University; and
  • Three years, of experience in the enforcement of regulatory Laws or investigation of economic offences and collectioN of intElligence thereto in a Government department.
