Eligibility Criteria For GIPE Pune Vacancy 2023

  • Assistant Professor/ Assistant Librarian – 
    • Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in Economics.
    • Master’s Degree in Economics with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed); and
  • Associate Professor – 
    • Master’s Degree in Economics/Agricultural Economics/Agribusiness Economics with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
  • Professor – 
    • Master’s Degree in Demography/ Population Studies/ Statistics/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Sociology/ Psychology/  Anthropology or Geography. Persons with a P. G. Degree in other Demography/ Population Studies should have completed a minimum one-year regular course in Demography/ Population Studies at a recognized institution/ University.
