Formulation and implementation of credit policy for Micro banking Loans and time to time revision in credit policy
•Defining underwriting technique for micro banking loans and implementation in the branches
•Ensure credit policies and processes are followed effectively by sourcing staffs, approving authorities and appraisers.
•Imparting training to Branch team, Credit team on micro banking product policies, processes and systems, including regular trainings on changes / refreshers.
•Analysing market trends/practices and benchmarking of policies with the market
•Analysis of portfolio and ensuring portfolio monitoring, trigger reviews and delinquency control
•Interacting with cross functional teams and ensuring proper implementation of credit policy guidelines in LOS and decision platforms.
•Preparation of BRDs and test scenarios for UAT to ensure effective implementation of new policy and process
